Tell us who is responsible for managing your automatic enrolment duties so that we can send help and guidance to this person. Without a valid email address, they won’t receive our relevant email alerts.

You can use our nominate a contact form to:

  • tell us who we should send letters and emails to
  • check and/or update your contact details

It’s essential that you keep your contact details up to date, so be sure to tell us if these change at any time, eg if someone has moved roles or recently joined. If you don’t receive the relevant correspondence from us, you may miss necessary tasks and risk a fine for failure to comply.


Your details
Your letter code is the 10 digit code found on any of the letters from us about automatic enrolment.
An example of a letter code is 1234567890.
Don't know your letter code?
Do you have a PAYE reference?
Your PAYE reference can be found on any of the letters you received from us about automatic enrolment. You can also find it on your letter from HMRC when you first registered as an employer, or from your payroll software.
An example of a PAYE reference is 123/AB456.
